Registration Instructions

Welcome to the Church of God Assembly Event Registration System!

Account Required

To register for camp you must first have an account on the Church of God Assembly website. If you already have an account, please log in. If not, you will need to create one before you can proceed.

Before You Begin

Our registration portal manages all event registrations for Youth Camp, the Feast of Tabernacles, and other church activities. To get started, one member of your household needs to be designated as the Family Manager.

The Family Manager must have an active account on cogassembly.org. Please note that new accounts require approval — once approved you will receive an email and can return to complete registration.

If you are single and 18 years of age or older, you may create your own account and manage your registrations directly.

Family Manager Requirements

  • Be a parent or guardian of all family members
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have access to all family members' information, including insurance and medical details

Steps to Register

Create a cogassembly.org account (if you don't already have one) and wait for approval.

Log in and return to this page. You will be guided through creating your family's master record.

Add all family members from the Family Dashboard, then register each person who wishes to attend camp.

Complete each registration — emergency contacts, consent forms, and a photo are required for every participant.
