The only sign Christ gives of His messiahship is that He was in the tomb for 3 days and 3 nights after His crucifixion and then was resurrected. Christ denies the unbelieving people who try to trap Him into a corner, demanding signs and wonders to substantiate their flimsy faith. All of the commentaries and worldly religions misinterpret it as parts of 3 days and nights, not full. They misunderstand the only sign He gives of His messiahship. Let’s review some of the fulfilled prophecies and signs at Christ’s crucifixion and account for the three day, three night prophecy of Christ being in the tomb.
